Reiki Level 1 is the opening of your energetic channel and the beginning of your relationship with the Reiki current. This training offers a grounding introduction to energy work, self-healing, and the foundations of a balanced Reiki practice.
You’ll learn the history and purpose of Reiki, hand positions, intuitive scanning, and how to sense and direct energy with clarity and intention. We also explore energetic hygiene, boundaries, and simple practices you can use daily to stay centered.
The class runs 5–7 hours and includes guided practice sessions, attunement, and time to integrate what you learn. Each student receives a Reiki Level 1 training manual for continued study and a certificate of completion honoring the beginning of your Reiki journey.
